We are a collective of humans who We believe that nuturing community and trust in Muslim communities is a powerful and necessary way to fight back against surveillance and state violence. We strategically target institutions carrying out anti-Muslim violence while simultaneously remaining flexible in our priorities. We want to be a visible presence in our communities but also want to maintain a low profile as a group in order to have safety for ourselves and our communities. We also seek to function as a location of healing and education for Muslim–and other–communities who are disparately impacted by state violence and surveillance.
